Tips
- Fill basket no more than halfway — overcrowding is the #1 cause of soggy fries
- Soak fresh-cut fries in cold water 20–30 min, then dry completely
- Season with salt after cooking, not before
- Shake basket at least twice during cooking
- Preheat basket 3 min at 200°C before adding fries
- For frozen fries, no oil or thawing needed
- Finish at 210°C for last 3–5 min for extra crispiness
