About AirFryerConvert.com
AirFryerConvert.com is a free collection of cooking tools designed for home cooks who use an air fryer. Every calculator on the site — temperature converter, brand adjuster, time scaler, serving adapter — exists to take the guesswork out of adapting oven recipes and cooking times for the air fryer.
How the conversions work
- Baseline rule: air fryers circulate heat more efficiently than ovens, so conventional oven recipes usually drop by ~50°F (28°C), fan oven recipes by ~25°F (14°C), and cooking time by ~20%.
- Brand offsets: every air fryer brand runs slightly differently. The brand converter applies tested offsets for Ninja, Cosori, Philips, and Instant Pot on top of the baseline conversion.
- Food safety: recommended internal temperatures follow USDA guidelines — poultry at 165°F (74°C), ground meat at 160°F (71°C), whole-cut beef and pork at 145°F (63°C) with a 3-minute rest, and fish or shellfish at 145°F (63°C).
- No account required: all tools run in your browser. Your temperature unit preference (°C or °F) is saved locally and never sent anywhere.
